The major reason there is not more Medicaid bed availability in the Treasure Valley is because Medicaid does not reimburse at the same rate as private pay, Medicaid does not pay on time and sometimes not at all. The paperwork for providers is very tedious as well. Because of these issues, providers decide not to accept Medicaid right away or not at all.

Others cover dental. You can switch between Medicaid plans every month if you need to, which was a suprise to me. Free call and free service.
