Meet Jenn Smith, Senior Care Advisor

I bring more than 20 years of experience in senior housing, with a strong focus on memory care and assisted living. Previously, I have served in roles including Licensed Memory Care Administrator, Marketing Director for independent and memory care communities, and Hospice Liaison. My clinical background as a CNA and Phlebotomist, along with Teepa Snow training, allows me to approach dementia care with both compassion and practical expertise. I’m deeply committed to supporting residents, families, and care teams through thoughtful, person-centered care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my adult children, love all things animals, and relax by gardening and remodeling my old home.
